Online Policies


We accept returns and exchanges on full and sale priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached within 30 days of purchase. For safety reasons, jewelry is not-returnable. Clearance items are not returnable.

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our products and if there seems to be a problem with a product purchased from our online store, please call us so that we may assist you. 

When returning items, the following is required:
1.    Obtain a Return Authorization # from us by contacting us by phone (847) 395-3355.
2.    Make sure all returned items are in the original packaging with original ticketing.
3.    Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and returned within 30 days of original purchase.  
4.    If the items is damaged, we will arrange a call tag to have the item picked up.  If the item is not damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.    
5.    We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

Refunds will be returned to the tender originally used at time of purchase. 

Every once in a while a product defect gets past our quality control technicians, and if you have received a defective item from us, please call us at 847-395-3355 and follow the steps listed above. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.


In the unlikely case that you receive an item that you believe was damaged in transit please contact us by phone within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we may contact the carrier.

All items must be new, unused, unwashed and in resellable condition with all original tags attached. Items with any odor (cologne/perfume, smoke, deodorant, detergent) or any animal or human hair will not be accepted. 


All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (CST) will begin processing and ship within 48 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.   

*Holiday's excluded.

We will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

We use USPS for delivery and only ship to the continental United States.

During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original USPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.


All in state sales in Illinois will be charged the current sales tax rate.


We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.


Online Security

Your credit card is completely safe.

Protecting your information is our highest priority. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.


Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing the order request.  It is possible to cancel an order during the Processing period, however, we cannot guaranty this. If you need to cancel your order, call us immediately at 847-395-3355 to determine the status of your order.  If the order has not entered the Shipping process, we will cancel your order upon your request and you will be refunded.  Please note, once the order moves into the Shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already processed or shipped, you may return items by following the Return Instructions stated above. 

Items may occasionally be cancelled by our system if there was an issue with the order or in low-stock situations. If an item is cancelled, you will receive an email notice that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
